Human Resources application maintains history of employee and contractor personal information , addresses , contacts , positions, job hierarchy, pay plans and time offs.

Jobs

In Foundry Bean Global Human Capital Management Job is a description of requirements to perform a role, which might include job type (difficult to fill, critical etc.) , job category, job level and job description . You will only need one for each role in your organization.

Positions

In Foundry Bean Global Human Capital Management Position is a container for an employee. If multiple employees are performing the same role, create a position for each and associate all of those positions to one job. A job can have multiple positions, but each position can only be associated to one job. Each position can only be filled by one user.

Add/Update Job Information

Keep Job history and changes as employees move into the hierarchy. Update manager, department, position , location etc with date records.

Terminations

Employee termination proposals are created by the manager to get approvals and review. Once approved ,employees are terminated and end dated in the system.

Reporting and Analytics

Purchasing insight and delivery dashboard give valuable insight of open purchase orders, open deliveries, delayed deliveries and supplier performance with drill down capability to find the source and details of the transaction.
